Renewed my Cat I the other day, and got to thinking that I haven’t seen a bill from TC in quite a while… anyone have any insight on the current wait times? YEG region if that makes a difference.

Back when the attestations first came out in 2020, the Pacific Region was a year behind (plus or minus a bit) on processing medicals. I doubt it's gotten much better, and Pacific was one of the better regions when it came to getting responses and quick turn around times.
