My read is that Transport does not have a list of approved meds, but rather takes the approach from a disease point of view and its implications in Aviation Safety.
Medications come and go, but disease processes are usually here to stay, making the disease being treated, the focus.
There are medications, as we all know, that Transport takes a dim view of for ongoing treatment, such as the use of narcotics, some antidepressants, etc.
As far as the treatment of Thyroid disease requiring replacement of thyroid hormone, once the diagnosis is established, that is the end of it.
Transport will be interested in the history, diagnosis and prescribed treatment, as well as knowing that the drug levels are stable and are being followed by your GP or endocrinologist.
Tortuous, long winded answer to your question, in short, nothing to worry about...

Had thyroid cancer. Thyroid removed, bunch of lymph nodes, radioactive iodine. Now on levothyroxine. Was “grounded” for all of 6 months while i waited for surgery/ radiation. Been flying for 4 years since now.
