Is it so shameful that no one will post it?

Regardless of which company, "new payscale" can generally be translated as, "due to a profound lack of response, the pig is getting a new shade of lipstick".

cross posted from the salary sub-forum
I've heard its something like this...
(this info is worth what you paid for it and all conjecture until confirmed with an official source)

FO scale divided into those with >1000 hrs and <1000hrs
Newhire and less than 1000 hrs is 40/credit
Top end FO, 2 YOS and >1000 hrs is 55/credit

1900 Capts entry around 65/credit
1900 Capt at approx 9 YOS, 98/credit

Saab entry 70/credit
Saab at 10 YOS, 110/credit

Pretty sure they do 80 credits per month. If this is true then a 2 year experienced FO at Pasco will make more than a year 5 FO at Jazz  that is one way to stop losing talent to the 705 world!

So,

Year 10 Saab Skipper:

80x110x12 = 105,600

No wonder they have to keep posting.

But it's new!

It went up at least 10% due to keep up with inflation, right?

... right? .... right?

As an AvCanada discussion grows longer:
-the probability of 'entitlement' being mentioned, approaches 1
-one will be accused of using bad airmanship

Wasaya offering less than a Keewatin PC12 gig for a Captain; less than a 2 week in/ 2 week off King Air gig.

A lot of operators are going to not fill seats as others adapt.

Pasco is a great gig, but the money is a hold up.
