4 on 4 off as per CBA, the type of shifts depends on which base you are at. YTS and YXL are alternating day and afternoon shifts whereas YQT has alternating day and night shifts. All shifts are 12 hours extendable to 14 with O/T. Lots of movement at the moment due to fatigue and no contract.

Thank you for reaching out much appreciated, so is there hope for someone with 600 hours including over 100 on multi?
Are they hiring anyone with 600 hours and is there a bond of any sort ?
Thanks again

Not necessarly, the number of hours is not the only factor.

Not the only one for sure, but pretty heavy when it comes to selecting a candidate.

Companies are hurting for pilots, so I don't see why you shouldn't have any hope. Go for it !

Experienced pilots probably yes. 250-1000 hour pilots not that much.

Air medic in cyhu is looking for FO pc12 500 hours.
Some companies don't even put min hours. It tells that don't have much resumes in their drawers.

But are these companies really going to hire at 500hrs?
Keep hearing there are loads of 750-1000hrs pilots just waiting to jump to the next job

I highly doubt, there's people applying with more than 1000 hours, and the people I know they were all over 1000 hours, it might change in the future? yes but for now I guess its hard to get in with 500hrs.
