They use the sim in yyz so maybe they want someone working there full time

They’re bleeding pilots pretty bad right now, my guess would be that they wanna hire someone to run their training sims down in Toronto because it’s gotten to the point where they can’t afford to send Winnipeg captains down to instruct the sims lol

They had talked about this for a long while actually, save some cash and have Dash 8 training pilots that live in YYZ to negate hotel/travel costs.
