Someday, when you become a man and the time is right, a strapping young chap like you should have no problem in finding a nice girl who has excellent both t AND a. Sometimes you CAN have your cake and eat it too.

I wish you the best in your endeavors.

Tindi, hands down. ***** has an irrational CP and they don't keep as busy as Tindi. Tindi has around 20 years of great service and clientel support. I have had 3 great friends leave Artic due to poor treatment. Tindi has low turnover because the pilots are paid well there, and work under good management.

In my opinion there are better places to get your start, but if I had to choose I'd pick Tindi, its where I got my start. But the 2 years some guys are spending on the ramp these days would kill me now :P Hopefully things are moving quicker for them these days

Cheers and good luck

I would disagree, I think the turnover is similar.

However on one side you have people leaving that are mad, bitter and twisted, or fired.

On the other side you have people leaving on their own terms with a smile on their face and a good reference in their pocket

True, some people do leave on good terms but the majority were all preventative. Both companies may have the same number of people leaving but compare the numbers to the amount of people at either company and the percentage is greater at Sunwest. Then again, is having a high turnover really that bad for people looking to advance. There's a good arguement for either direction.

But I do agree with you that there have been some people who have left on great terms with, like u said, a great reference and image. There have also been some rather interesting departures.

Let me know what u think about this.

Personaly I would not work for either one of them. I could tell some intresting stories about them both. So what exactly is the point of this thread other then to get everyone pissing on each other. Get a life already Down & welded.

I think all companies have "interesting stories," I'd like to know why you wouldn't work for ATL. Are you in YK?

I am no longer in YK I left a few months ago. I will probably always be intrested in what happens there. I have had freinds that worked at both places as we all know this industry is small. So any stories I know are here say. I would not share these stories on this forum or any other forum and maybe only while having a beer with a close freind. I do beleive any thing else is only some one trying to be distructive. Raven why would you care my reasons you already work there and must be happy or you would leave. As i said earlier I have no intrest in working at either place so why debate it. We all live in glass houses so lets not toss stones.

As I said I have freinds on both sides and I dont understand why this crap keeps comming around other then maybe ah forget it I am starting to drop my standards enough said.

Either the guy was trying to start a sh*t storm, or he was looking for some advice. As mentioned, both have their pros and cons, and anyway you look at it, it could always be worse.

Let me guess godsrcrazy, you have 200hrs or your friends do. I'm sure with all your experience that you have you can make judgment on either company. You probably couldn't cut it at either company!!
