Job growth during Covid, surprise, your taxes are being wasted.
Almost all job growth during Covid is in the public sector 9.4 percent vs 0.4 in the private sector.
How do politicians figure the tax payers can afford to pay for these jobs as they beat down the private sector. Ontario “open for business” ford and Trudeau, what the ef are they thinking? Not only will we have inflation and rising interest rates, we can also look forward to higher taxes inbound to pay for these public servants as we haven’t built up the private sector to pay for them. The public sector is also screaming the loudest for more funding and more employees in places like healthcare…
Good Job Canada.

Apparently this doc says if you say “going back to normal” you are far right, anti mask, anti vax.
Well folks here is one of the “experts” you have been following the past couple years.

That only applies to the seasonally adjusted data. If you look at the unadjusted data, there are a million more private sector jobs compared to 200k more public sector job, and 140k fewer self-employed.

What do you mean CpnCrunch? Media lies?! No way, the media only tells facts and science! we should listen to everything they say lol. If the star says I need to wear a mask to be safe, we’ll then the science has spoken and I need to wear a mask!CpnCrunch wrote: ↑Wed Sep 07, 2022 9:16 pm That only applies to the seasonally adjusted data. Here is an interesting one… why is so much research wrong? Why are so many mask studies flawed? Why are Covid vaccine trials potentially misleading?
So mush for science, peer reviewed research

It's mostly people's interpretation of the data and science that is flawed, as you've nicely demonstrated in this example. Although in this case there may be a problem with the seasonal adjustment algorithm, as there is no mention of how (or even if) they have adjusted it to account for COVID.

You do realize that public sector jobs support the private sector, right?
If you’re a business owner who owns a restaurant or a dealership or a construction company.. and hires private employees…. There’s a good chance that a very large part of your revenues were ultimately generated from tax dollars.
If you want to see money disappear… give it to the private sector. In fact your figures literally prove it since the private sector also got a lot of tax dollars. The failure of trickle down economics yet again as those monies disappear through tax loopholes into executive bonuses and shareholder dividends while not creating any employment at all.

No that is not what the video says. The video says about half of research papers don’t actually find the truth in their conclusions. There are huge flaws in the process of publishing a research paper. This is independent of armchair quarterbacks commenting on the findings. The video is also 6 years old, it’s not like the guy is attacking Covid research so settle down there Cpn.

Yeah cause we all know how efficient the Public Sector is..

You mean the public sector as in the clueless, inept transport minister or the passport office which is working at the speed of a glacier? How about the healthcare system which is also doing quite well these days. Those lockdowns and vaccine passports sure saved us eh?‘Bob’ wrote: ↑Thu Sep 08, 2022 11:31 am You do realize that public sector jobs support the private sector, right?
