This MOA is NOT a contract renewal, I get that, but before you vote take a look at what other airlines are able to secure.
This pilot group has never had as much leverage as we do right now. If ‘WE’ are going to fix ‘THEIR’ staffing problems, we shouldn’t be doing it for so cheap.

A NO vote makes the ENTIRE pilot industry in our country stronger and retains our leverage.
The pilot shortage is here, and this MOA is their first attempt at deflecting and delaying.
