Covid restrictions for people working at an airport

This may be tiresome but..I do not see anything about the covid vax restrictions imposed by TC on employees at an airport in Canada being lifted. Travelers yes but not employees. Any insights, did I miss something?.

Thanks for that. Clear as mud as per Transport Canada. After almost 40 years of dealing with Transport Canada double speak it has never changed. Why must they communicate like that?
