Internal pilot recruitment in airlines/avitaion companies

Hello all

I introduce myself briefly. 30 years old, French, arrived 4 months ago in Canada and working in an airline at a managerial level.

TC PPL in my pocket, I'm starting my CPL training, and I'm trying to imagine what's next.

I wonder if any of you would know one or more courses of airline employees who have completed their training in parallel with work and have succeeded in being recruited as a low-timer pilot in the same company. Do you know any airlines or aviation companies that usually offer this type of career path?
