Pasco is paying $52 an hour for FOs. Go there, upgrade and go direct to AC. They've been pulling a lot of 704 pilots lately.

This comment is very correct, but apply it to all other companies.

Between the hirevue and the sim you have the in-person video interview, so once done with the hirevue, about 2 weeks for the actual interview. If successful they would call you as soon as the day after or the week after to propose a sim date. Then if successful, it’s a waiting game. From 2 weeks to 12 months.

If your prospects are going to AC, you are better off going elsewhere. AC has shown consistently they slow down hiring from Express during the busy flying seasons, holidays, summer etc. whereas they will continue to hire from “OTS” during those times as well as the rest of the year.

Haha exactly but unfortunately we’ll have to wait until we can’t even afford kd before change happens.

As for the interview - Google behaviour based questions (they ask the typical ones) and attach those to real life experiences especially from your previous work. Use the STAR model for your answer and just speak normally, to the point with your example, and not rehearsed.

It’ll be with 2-3 people from hr/flight dept live and they make you feel comfortable but at the same time don’t take that for granted. Do your best and leave it all on the table.

Also don’t stress. Remember you are a valued commodity. They need you more than you need them.
