High Turnover AME positions posted…

I’m noticing more and more that some companies are constantly hiring for the same AME roles. Does this equate to high turnover or not enough manpower? Mostly fixed wing M2 category stuff…

Sometimes it does and sometimes it means they haven’t really gotten any good candidates so they keep posting every 4-6 months in hopes of getting better applicants.
