They are absolutely brutal. My GALRO online records show my latest medical as done in 2019. This is in spite of having done Cat 1 medicals in 2020, 2021, and 2022.

I get that Covid backlogged things but how long are they going to use this as an excuse? They are literally coming on to being 4 years behind in processing things. I have contacted them over and over and been totally ignored.

A symbol of everything that's wrong and a joke about government bureaucracies. Beyond contempt.
