New hire FO minimums

First off, thanks to the CP for being so active and answering questions here.
Here's another one...
The posting says 1000 hours minimum time for new hire FO's. I am wondering what is the experience level of candidates being accepted into ground schools right now. Would a fresh ATPL with 703 command experience be competitive right now or at some point in the future ?
Any insight from anyone would be appreciated.

Most of our new hire FO's have an ATPL (or CPL/IATRA) and at least 1500TT with some Multi Turbine PIC or 705 FO experience. If the 703 command is on a multi-turbine then 1500 hrs TT may be competitive for 2023 FO hiring.
