Lotsa vitamin D (>4000 UI), C, B zinc, sprinkle with a little ivermectin or HQ if you do get sick. But as you say, don’t have another . This next phase of the experiment is: can the body heal itself? This is where no man/woman has gone before...not even any of those other fictional genders....

Recently, misinformation has been published online about purported changes by the FAA regarding EKG parameters. We have confirmed with the FAA that this information is not correct.
The FAA policy on normal ECG variants was updated in 2017. In 2018, the FAA produced an AME Minute video on the topic as well. The FAA produced five AME Minute videos in 2018–2019 on normal ECG variants, which can be searched from the same link.
