2023 Pilot rates
Thought I would share some rates i've been hearing for experienced pilot.
Drill pilot - 2/2 schedule
6-800 per day - 120-150/hr - 4hr mins for drills, not averaged
250hr-2hr mins. 4hr mins on drill job, not averaged
+ min number of days or hours.
Full timer
90-100k salary 120-150/hr , mins job dependant.

Those are decent numbers. I haven’t really talked to any operators this year yet, but last year was a real hodgepodge of rates.
Narrowing it down I would say last year I saw $450 a day, and $100-150 an hour for intermediate drills.
Any chance of sharing who is paying those rates? Would shorten my search this year LOL….
