Who was being unproductive?
An apprentice is supervised by an AME when performing aircraft maintnance. The responsibility for productivity and all other issues rests on the supervising AME's toolbox same as if the AME was doing the job alone.

Who was un-productive?
The apprentice, your buddy, you or all three?

Not too hard to figure where the non-productivity starts!

Good One

So an engineer is always watching there apprentices, thats a good one. Where I come from there are more apprentices then engineers. We all watch out for each other but our engineers dont have the time to watch the apprentices every move. :?:

Thats a good idea, I think I'll go visit MY buddy at work to see if there's any new hotties working there, then criticise his co-workers productivity online.
