Pay Scale??

A year or so ago the new hire pay scale was ( I belive ) 40k yr1, 50k yr2, and $3350 a yr increase after that, and I dont recall how the stock options worked. Can anyone verify if this is still acurate.

I think it's been the same for the last 5 yrs... and due for renewal this spring. 8)
