Wasn't really Jazz Spots..
Can you justify that statement?
There were ground school spots that should have gone to Jazz pilots based on a three party agreement, if a Jazz pilot should’ve been there, it is a de facto Jazz pilot spot.
Harm was done to Jazz pilots, financial and QOL based on how many pilots are now ahead of them, we will see what those, “Jazz Spots” are worth when the dust settles
When did the flow percentage change from 60% to 100% for Jazz pilots. There remains 40% available for "other" equally deserving pilots hoping to advance their career as well.
You know very well I was not saying or implying it was 100% flow, or you’re being obtuse.
There were more than 200 spots that were supposed to but did not go to Jazz pilots last year and even if AC hired them all for that last PITs of the year, every single pilot hired this year is ahead of them but should not be. Given they have not been hiring 60% this year, they are still behind and falling further behind therefore more harm is being done to the Jazz pilots who were not hired per the agreement. If you can’t see that, you’re a lot dumber than I thought.

+1

I wouldn’t want to fly with Loon-A-Tic if they can’t do basic reading comprehension. Perhaps it’s just a troll…

I assume this shitty behaviour from a greasy 703 Navajo operator. Get hired for an FO position and three years later you’re still throwing bags.

NOT from AIR CANADA in a WRITTEN contract!!

Slave at the regionals for shit pay because jazz hired too many pilots from daycares, total BS

no one cares what the predecessors had to go through except them. its in the contract, so they have a right to be upset about it.

"Supposed to."

You may be there for the rest of your career, it's not like they hire 100% of the guys who interview from Jazz, a whole bunch still get the PFO.

The smell of "entitlement" is bitter sweet. As much as the "NexGen" would like to think that now isn't like "back in the day" it seems to be rapidly move in that direction.

If you have any time/experience go else where. It’s not worth it.
