FSS Benefit questions.

I recently made it into the eligible for offer stage for FSS. I was curious if FSS get the same benefits and pension as ATC?

I contacted NavCanada via email asking about when course offers are going out and got the following information:

“We will be making offers for courses in the coming weeks with offers for courses occurring this year likely to have been made by the end of June. If you don’t hear from us by then it just means you haven’t been selected for a course in 2023, but you would still be considered for courses in 2024, and your application would be kept on file for three years.”

As far as I know benefits are the same. The pension is calculated the same way but will be lower for FSS because of the lower pay.
