What’s the experience level in the ground schools so far? Assuming a fresh ATPL at 1600TT with 600 of that being 705 FO time would still be a tad low?

A bit low but with 705 time you never know? Just apply and see. Usually the magic number is 2000 but if the screener likes you resume and calls you...

They are talking about cadets so send your resume; you will definitely get a call. We are short on pilots, many get a fresh PPC (or are in the process of) and then move to AC.

A word of advice for you: don’t even try to come to TS. Not that I think you would make it through the interview, but just in case you slip thru the cracks.
We have no patience for a sour puss of your kind. You will get eaten alive. We’ve had a few of your ilk, they didn’t last long. We sent them packing to AC.
