Are Westjet pilots allowed to fly for another commercial company on their days off?

So no one can tell me if it’s okay to fly floats for a float operator on my time off if I fly for Westjet!

We are prohibited from working directly with competing 705 operations. Everything else is covered by a conversation with the management team and seeking one off approvals. Some pilots have spraying jobs, float jobs, and ferrying services on the side. I've delivered planes myself with approval from operations and crew sched coordinators to not violate my availability.
