How does credit work ?
Ex: my new company is giving 80credit min 90 overtime.
As an ex: if I’m on reserve for 12hrs , Is that 12 credit?
And if my shift is 00:00 to 10:00 and I’m at the hotel at 11:00
Is that 10 credit?
Any insight would help!

Don't be afraid to ask your CP, admin, planning, or HR these questions. That's part of what they're there for, and you get to build a rapport with your team while understanding the structure. They'll likely be happy getting to know you as well.
Monthly credit is your pay guarantee, and general target for planning. It might go up in busy months. It's also block time only, (Flight time), not duty time. Duty time is a factor for fatigue and rest rules only. Not credit in terms of pay, except for cases with perdiems on layovers.
If you happen to get scheduled for 60 hrs, you still get paid for 80.
On reserve, you get paid for the same 80 hrs. They schedule your duty time to maximize your availability. If you had zero callouts you still get paid 80hrs, but if you FLY more than 80 hrs you be paid extra hours till you hit your 90 hr OT threshold, then you make 1.5x... usually.

While most companies have credits, most companies have different ways they issue the credit.
Review your companies pilot agreement, that’ll give you all the answers you need.
RSV is usually only worth 4 hrs of credit, unless called out you’ll get the 4 hrs, or the flight time, whichever is greater.

Your company should have a document that outlines how credit is awarded. Your schedule should also have daily credit listed. Generally the credit is flying time or 4 hours, whichever is greater. Sometimes there are other stipulations (e.g., at my company the credit cannot be less than half of total duty day). There are also different rules for credit awarded for deadheads, limo rides, through flights where passengers stay on board, splits (where duty day is broken up with rest in a proper rest facility), reserve, flying on days off et cetera et cetera.

As a result of some credit allocation peculiarities, you sometimes can work for four hours and get paid for sixteen, and other times work for nine and get paid nothing extra (because after those nine hour you are still below minimum guarantee for the month). Place I used to be at was flight time, 1/2 duty, or 4hrs reserve. Ymmv
