I cannot imagine MS walking into a Jazz ground school, much less ever making a statement as legally damaging as that. I call b$&&$#*t.
If he told them a 20 yr payscale with a 20-30% increase, with GUARANTEED flow through, Jazz pilots would gladly vote on it and bend over.
What's legal vs what's ethical? That's your real question.

Dozens have left Jazz for other airlines, then successfully come to AC as OTS. This is a lie and they are incapable of exacting such petty revenge in the current market. Vacate Jazz immediately.
Don't you think someone has a wee little black book somewhere?

With your history of bending over, maybe you should refrain from such hypocritical comments!

Help your fellow pilots out, reach out to Murray or someone in the hiring department and see if you can get more information on this matter. This is one of the ways we can work together more. If there’s no truth to what Murray has supposedly said, that if you leave Jazz to get around flow you’ll be 2 year black listed then thats more information pilots have to help them make informed decisions.

Man… this is legit why pilots are afraid to move. I know countless that have left jazz to other airlines and gotten on at AC. There’s no MS black list, unless you’re a non motivated pilot or a terrible human being. If you choose your own career path and want to get to AC, you’ll get there. Airlines have always tried to scare their employees in line.
AC loves to take pilots away from the competition. We are valuable.
