It appears that Porter hasn't fully recovered frequencies on their NE Ontario flying, YAM at 2 of 3 while YSB and YTS see only 1 of 3, both which are RON. Do their long term plans look to cut back on NE flying or is this due to lack of aircraft or crew?
YQT in NW Ont seems to be recovered and even expanded with a flight to YOW.

Not quite, pre-pandemic YQT was 7 flights to YTZ daily. We certainly need more but yes limited due to crew.Yyztpa wrote: ↑Sat Aug 12, 2023 3:26 pm It appears that Porter hasn't fully recovered frequencies on their NE Ontario flying, YAM at 2 of 3 while YSB and YTS see only 1 of 3, both which are RON. I dont think northern service will get cut any further. YSB, YAM, and YQT are important for maintenance. In my experience, the routes never were amazing performers. Porter simply has higher priorities at the moment. The number of tails we have in Ottawa at any given time shows me that they have big plans for Ottawa. With Westjet retreating from the east I think we’re really trying to build a network that connects east and west with feed through YOW and YYZ by the Q. Plus we are limited by crew and aircraft availability (Dash Mx) currently.
