A piece of bill c-18

“ The CIRB would be required to resolve these matters within 90 days and would also be empowered to expedite proceedings. The Minister would continue to have the authority to refer questions to the CIRB about whether an agreement is sufficient to prevent an immediate and serious danger to the safety or health of the public.”

What’s the timeframe on current complaints if they have to make changes to a bill?

I hear the MEC is busy these days with WDO’s and flow doesn’t affect them anyways.

Current MEC could care less about junior pilots with the goal to go to Air Canada. At the same time, these are pilots not hoping to make a career at jazz. So I don’t see a point in him caring.

They care so little that they went through the time and effort of filing a ULP.

They're doing their best to spit shine the turd that Jazz has become. If anyone can do a better job than the current Jazz MEC, feel free to get involved. That's not sarcasm, please do. Jazz is a mess and it looks bad on the whole industry. Let's make sure the blame is on the correct group though. AC and Jazz management created the mess with broken promises and ignoring problems. Jazz ALPA is trying to polish that turd.

During contract roadshow (if anyone remembers/cares) Claude was asked about the 60% flow and he specifically stated that we needed no assurance, it would be followed.

Jazz ALPA had good intentions but has blundered a few times.
