Hi all,

I have a groundschool coming up but was just curious if anyone knows how long it usually takes for your profile to be set up on UKG Pro for payroll? I know it says it takes a while and says it can be set up any time prior to starting groundschool, but it’s been almost a month since I completed the new hire form

Have you received a pay cheque?
I know there are some issues using an iPad, if I am using an iPad I select desktop before logging in and find I have less issues.
If you have received a cheque I would call payroll because you should have access to your pay stubs.
