Airline pilots who joined the airlines in the last year or so, how many hours did you have when you got hired?

Lots of King Air medevac pilots and Encore FO's in the latest Air Canada new hire bios. Not quite 250 hours yet but they're getting closer.

Interesting. The experience sure has gone down in the last few years.

I’m curious to hear about the 3000+ hour guys, what kind of experience did you have before joining the airline?
