P&W GTF Issues

When I worked at the big airline, considerable training resources and energy were directed at maintaining the requirements for ETOPS. With the widely reported issues plaguing the PW1000G series of engines, and the fact that the current on-wing life is but a fraction of what it should be, I have to wonder if and when and if the ETOPS of the affected aircraft will be impacted, particularly the A321LR?
