Quick question, I’ve seen their hiring times being 1000 hours for the F/O position but have they hired with less than that recently ?

I don’t have any recent information, but I do know that you won’t get a job you don’t apply to.
The closer you are to posted “requirements”, the better you look, obviously! I can’t imagine they wouldn’t consider a 960 hour pilot, but if you’re at 201.3 hours, I don’t think you would be very competitive.

Throw an application in. Based on what I know it's a great operation. Hiring times seem to vary, I've heard of them hiring pilots with over 1000 and also under 1000 so it's worth a shot. Good luck.
