Radar airspace

Just confirming how to identify which areas on the VNC/Lo Chart indicate a controller, wheather that be TML/ACC etc have radar view of that area. I think on a VNC if you are inside a "Controlled area boundary", being the thick blue line which fades in one direction, a controller can "radar identify" you via your TXPDR being on mode C (position + alt info).On a LO chart, its anywhere where its green (Outside of green with white hatching - class b).

I think i found an another answer, in "see AIP Canada ENR 1.6,
Figure 1.6.2, Secondary Surveillance Radar Coverage."

That figure shows radar coverage as well?

or would it just be class G you do position reports.
