End of an ugly chapter in Canadian Aviation. Did the OTS DEC get bumped to the right seat, or have they all left ?

I met a Swoop DEC fella on my commute who was pretty happy to be on the right seat with his pay. Didn’t seem to care at all about the 3 stripes, doubt he’s leaving anytime soon.
The big winners on this one are the Swoop FOs who are significantly increasing their earning.
