Need to convert .............

Hey Guys

I am applying as a permanent resident in Canada here in y country El Salvador C.A
We are planing to live (with my wife) in Vancouver,BC.
I would like to know, What Should I do, in order to convert all my ratings in Canada (written test, flight test.......)and How much this might cost,and delay.

My ratings:

Commercial
Instrument Rating
Multi-Engine
CFI.
(any school you suggest?)

Total Flighttime Approx. 730 hours.


We considered Vancouver, because it is a great place to live, but Do you have any idea , about job opportunities??????What other city can you suggest, or easier to get a job.

Will i need "VFR over the top" "night endorsement", and What about Multi-ngine Instrument Raing?.

I am not familiarized with Canada at all (yet) .So all the information can give me will be apreciated.
