Air Canada to acquire four CRJ900

Upgauging. Pilots get costlier put more seats behind them.

This begs the question though. Can Jazz crew them? How has attrition been since the latest deal from AC?

Sounds like Falko is aquiring 4 airplanes that are already under the CPA, but owned by another provider. No CRJ-900 fleet change short term.

No.

People are still leaving, and nearly no pilots that are upgradable are in ground schools.

We are doing less than 80 fins worth of flying at the moment.

The pessimist in me says PAL will be adding CRJ900 to their fleet

Probably the junky 780 tails... Simple lease transfer and NOT new tails.

I much prefer your optimism, let’s go with replacing the 780 tails before they sink a ton of money into refurbishing the interiors, also of note Jazz stock has increased over the last week, thought maybe some type of announcement was coming, we’ll see I guess

There will be no new aircraft... it's a strict transfer of ownership for the lessor.
