Ban Job Postings with No Pay Info

Please Av Canada make it mandatory to post pay information with job postings.
This has been said before, but it needs to be brought up again.

I believe Ontario just passed a law requiring salaries to be listed on job ads.

Most salaries for unionized jobs in Canadian aviation can be found by a simple negotech lookup. Or search the dozens of threads and thousands of posts. While it would be good to see the figure on the same ad, if someone is actually interested in a position, they should do their own research about the company they are applying to. Just my opinion.

Yup. Making a decision based on rumours and second or third hand info is so much better than having an actual number in a job ad....
