On pilotcareer center Porter advertises a different pay scale for porter E2 pilots than the one mentioned above:
Captain year one 190$ hourly rate...up to 270$ after 12 years....???

This pay comparison graph isn’t accurate. For example, year 1 CA at Transat is $190.26, ranging to $262.22 for year 11.

Interesting. Did Transat implement that recently? This pay scale comparison was published in late July.

Porter has a habit of using the TS narrow body scale as a comparison, which has not existed in a few years.

What is the max amount of days worked at TS?

What gets lost a lot in comparing pay scales is the days worked. I believe Porter is 12 days off a month while other’s large airlines do max 16 days worked.

So say you’re a reserve pilot in a 31 day month you could end up working up to 15% more at Porter while making making around the same as your counterparts. I may be wrong as I really only have second or third hand info on Porter but from the outside it seems like their competitive salary may not be so.
