That’s what their ad said, tell me it’s higher. That’s a good sign at least
Re: KF Aerospace - Aeroflyer
It's actually pretty good.
Then I realized that is isn't base and hourly.
Yeah, it's awful.

Knew a guy that interviewed there a year ago. It was reduced pay even off that garbage payscale until line check was complete. Absolute joke.

Re: KF Aerospace - Aeroflyer
A few things about this outfit from a friend who is there currently
The DFO and CP are top rate people. DFO has been there forever and it’s been the only place he’s worked. A real pilots pilot. The CP is ex Cathay and a first rate guy too
Watch out for the office lady. She wields a big stick and has a lot of clout!
1. The pay is 75% of your normal pay until your line check is complete
2. They will expect you to stay at sim training for 37 days straight on an initial course without bringing you back home. In a few cases, the hotel didn’t have kitchens
3. Even though they are an ALPA carrier, the MEC is a joke. They let the company openly violate the collective agreement
4. No holiday time within the first year and then it’s two weeks
5. A 25K training bond for two years
6. Very little flying. They use a shared system meaning that everyone gets equal flying time.
