Does anyone know of Canadian operators that have pilot bases in warm locales that are not warzones or shitholes?
I think PAL operates a Dash8 in the Caribbean (Aruba?)
Any others? Any rotational stuff?

The PAL Dash8 departed YHZ awhile ago on their way to Curacao. If I recall correctly they operate on behalf of the Coast Guard.
