How common is it for PAL to ghost applicants?
I had 2 PAL folks reach out to me a couple days apart, one from the airline side and one from the aerospace side. One asked to set up a call and one asked if I was available on a certain day to have a phone chat. I respectfully replied to each but never received a reply, and the one who I advised that I was available on the particular day they wanted to have phone chat never called. Neither replied to my follow up email.

My guess you’ll hear back next week. HR took forever to get me an official written job offer, even after the chief pilot had me scheduled for training.

You keep getting ghosted by every airline. Maybe it’s you, not them.
