Thanks, but that's a 90 minute drive each way.Flymez wrote:Personally I would NEVER go back to Brampton for any flight training. I could talk down that place for day's. If your looking for a good flight school Consider Waterloo Wellington Flight Centre in Kitchener. that's where I did All my training. They have a very good reputation, awesome facility and they have deffinently made themselves noticable on the map, CONSIDER IT FOR SURE.

Flymez, would you care to elaborate on that? I don't think TorotoGuy will be able to glean very much information from your vague accusations. When did you leave BFC? Yes, we have had some management issues in the past, but there are a lot of improvements being made. Maybe you should come back and check it out before flaming the place.

Another thought or two on the BFC, I personally found the pricing to be on the high side. Most of the equipment in the ac did not work, yes the AC are very safe and well maintained but not necessarily the cleanest or aesthetically pleasing out there. My biggest problem there was the lack of a proper syllabus; nobody is on the same page. Each instructor thinks they know more then the next. Toronto guy, BFC will do for the rec permit but I do not recommend doing any more there. Do yourself a favor and look around, do not just pick a flight school. Research, research, research you will thank yourself later.
