Commuting from YVR

Is anyone commuting from YVR to YYZ?
I would like to know how hard or doable the commuting is from YVR to YYZ…
Can we get a parking pass at YVR instead of YYZ?

15.9 Parking Facilities
The company shall provide FCMs with free and safe parking at an airport in Canada.

I commute from a non base airport. I set up a parking pass myself through the respective airport authority and expensed it no problem.
