Heavy Aero Maint Center.
Has anyone seen the ads lately for them. They are offering people type courses as contractors to work short time for them.
What is going on there these days.

It is creepy but nothing about aviation, in particular the maintenance side, surprises me anymore.
The only wonder I have left about it is where exactly the bottom is.
You would think we're close but it's arguably we've been skipping along the bottom for years.
And as to the type that will take on that sort of work scenario it will be the ones you see packed 8 deep into a 2 bedroom apt. They will jump at it.

What a country this has turned into. Tragic really. Talked to a literal draft dodging refugee from the Ukraine the other day. Not even a Citizen yet and already had two “side jobs” for cash under the table. It is just the wild Wild West out there. Nice subsidies from the government too for kids and wife that stays home and has zero interest or intention to ever return home. Said here it’s a “gangsters” paradise. I was floored.

I believe there is more to the story than that. He has rumoured to be heading over to DH. Let the good Times roll
