Seeking Advice on Becoming a STOC Coordinator at Jazz

Hi everyone,

I'm currently doing flight training and on the path to get my PPL. I have all the necessary licenses and certificates for flight training, as well as a flight dispatcher license. Despite this, I haven't received any responses to my applications for the STOC Coordinator position at Jazz.

Any advice on how to improve my chances or insights into what Jazz is looking for would be greatly appreciated!

Seems like ample qualifications. Maybe they just don't need someone right now?

I use to work a fuel dispatcher at Pearson for a few years prior to getting my license and worked with the Jazz STOC Coordinator as part of my day-to-day operations. I became friends with a lot of Coordinators over the years and from the conversations I had with them and the insight I learned over the years, I would remove any information mentioning flight training. Whether you want to be a pilot or not, mentioning flight training on your resume/application implies that you want to become a pilot which is an immediate rejection from HR. The STOC Coordinator position is a long-term position and they would want someone to stay a few years at the minimum.
