Re: Encore interview request
And got second email for Teams interview. The booking system isn't showing any available dates to book yet..
Is this the interview where my future is decided or just to swim some more after
Re: Encore interview request
Typically, this would be where they decide on whether to hire you or not, the result of this phase is either a PFO(Please F#*k off) letter or you have passed the process and will be hired at some point. That is when you are either in a pool or given a course date, depending on how competitive you are with the other candidates.
Good luck

I’m shocked they are requiring this. You can log on at https://tc.canada.ca/en/aviation/civil- ... e-services
I haven’t ever had to do this but I think you can take screenshots or allow access permissions

I have to request access and receive an activation code by mail.... damn.. my stickers take a few months for them to arrive, so this one is probably the same. I told them about this, I hope I get to be considered still.....

If Encore is where you want to go then great.
But don’t put all your eggs in one basket if it isn’t number 1.
You have leverage.
Keep applying and reaching out to other carriers if you want.
For example, Porter or PAL.
IMO - base is most important.
Enjoy the ride.
Re: Encore interview request
The GC Key, access for the pilot records. Apply and then I found after second or third reading the Regional office will approve. I called the local office they called back and directed me to the PNR office and I had the access key the next day. Requested by email received the same way. Getting in with the Authenticator APP is a bit trying but once done there it is your record in very broad terms. Date Type PPC passed etc.
Re: Encore interview request
The only reason I can think of that HR wants the official transport Canada pilot data is to prevent fraudulent information from applicants. I’m surprised this is the case now. Unless anyone has any other reasons why?

Yeah, I am also waiting for a reply. They said "within a week", but I don't know whether they will give me the interview result or contact the reference “within a week”.Cessna driver wrote: ↑Thu Jan 30, 2025 4:55 pm
