Does anyone have an information about when Porter is going to start Q400 GS’s for FO’s? I heard they’re on a hiring freeze. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

E2 GS starting Sept 3rd. And I’m 99% positive there will be classes for dash in the fall.

We’re crazy over staffed for Q FO’s, pilots hired awhile ago are still on reserve barely flying. Don’t see why they would wanna stock the shelves with more Q FO’s rn.

Class 106. Means 106 DH8 initial classes since inception.

Dash classes usually start 2nd week of the month and E2 classes (on hold) start the first week of the month.

If selected for an interview, how long is it usually between applying and them reaching out? I applied about a month ago. Also, how much of a heads up between an offer and GS starting? Seeing as they don't cover the accommodations during training just wondering if there's enough time to relocate and find housing before GS kicks off.

Usually happens fairly quick after the interview.

If you need time to find housing before starting groundschool. You could probably defer a class or two if you need time. These are things that you can discuss in the interview. But if you are successful, and want in on the first available class it’s generally two weeks to a month.
