I purchased the eCAPGEN from the nav canada website weeks ago, which is a free product, yet the order processing says it is pending fulfillment and I still have not received the download capability.
Is there somewhere else I can get the CAPGEN in digital format? I've searched online but I can't find it anywhere else.
NAV Canada's website is extremely disappointing. How is it that I do not get immediate access to a FREE product download??
I work for a VFR operation, so we don't have any kicking around.
Edit: apparently I somehow selected a future publication instead of the current one. Whoops!

If you download the FltPlan Go app (on Android or iOS), it includes free CAPGEN in the Documents.
