I wonder what the new balance will be for him this year? And the rest of the executive suite are also sufficiently compensated for their efforts.

IMO the stock price wont go anywhere with an accountant CEO. There is no corporate direction, vision, with obvious cost cutting operations and no employee buy-in. I'm surprised the entire leadership group hasn't been turfed with analysts putting the value at $30/share yet the market holds it below $20. As a stockholder I want a change in leadership based on stock price performance alone.

I don't really care if the executive team is rewarded in stock options. It's their incentive to increase the price. Their inability to do so is what's concerning.

Nationalized Canadian. He was born in Romania. Even though he was tough on pilots and pilot contracts there was never a doubt with the direction of the corporation and his ability to finance it. I'd take him back in a heartbeat over Rousseau (Monty Brewer V2.0). AC is a rudderless ship right now.

Would’ve turned out the same as what we got. It wasn’t so much a factor of shrewd management negotiations as it was the pilots tripping over their own dick again.
