3 weeks on 3 weeks off, I know a lot of peeople that would take that job, including myself at that pay rate. Good QOL with a rotation, and I am guessing confirmed travel to and from the hubs... Can't see many guys complaining.

NWA pay 1000 month less than 2019 , no pay increase in 6 years ever across the board. constant maintenance deferred defects , maintenance barely hanging on due to constant short parts/ staffed, mgt berating capt n first officers. machevileian cp . he got punched in the head last year by an first officer. after he got angry n grabbed the first officer .

6 capt left in 2024 /1 retired/ 1 may retire or come back after winter. 6 first officers left before there 20k bond was up. 5 to competitors due to toxicity of work environment.. So if you like to self torture and being berated ,
YOU may be just the one they looking for.

As comparison 2019 salary was 8500 month after 6 months. adjusted for inflation should be $10,050 month for a 3 week rotational capt in 2025. Up 18% not 7500 month 6100 gross buying power. Oh the cpp and ei payroll taxes have gone up 50 % since 2019. So its even less take home pay .

If you got the exp. ATPL qualified. Jazz / Encore is short 300 captains so why would you subject yourself to nwa?

I’m genuinely not sure why anyone would want to work for a CP who puts brand-new FOs in headlocks, alongside a verbally abusive management team—regardless of how they treat seasonal captains. There are better opportunities
