Any idea when Flair will be hiring for YYC again??

I guess it takes a little bit of time, maybe two or three months later. after Air Canada or other legacy airlines get some pilots from Flair, then they will hire pilots again.

We won't be hiring off the street into YYC for the foreseeable future. It's a relatively senior base with several internal pilots waiting for open spots. It will likely take additional aircraft being added to YYC before we have any openings.
