Instructors are being hired in right seats of regional airlines that offer some type of advancement opportunity at major airlines. Why spend a couple years at CMA when you can skip the middle man. Two ways to attract people, QOL and pay. And I don’t think CMA is the leader of the pack for any of these

Haha... nice to see that Doug hasn't changed: Old world thinking in a very new world.

It wasn't even ten years ago that a Dornier captain wasn't making that much.
